- Allow the 1.9.0 release through github actions
- Avoid the need for a patched arrow-csv with DataFrame level string escaping
- Enable matrix release builds for the lambdas
- Incorporate the latest main from delta-rs which will be released as 0.32.0
- Lambda tests are slow on FreeBSD and not worth it
- Parallel make invocations to try to the fastest feedback possible
- Introduce some Makefile infrastructure to allow for more parallel tests
- Add some gratuitous timeouts for Jenkins builds
- Parallelize building in Jenkins
- Use serial_test when tweaking environment variables
- Only build release artifacts on the main branch
- DFSchema does not appear to be reliably Eq, so check arrow schema instead
